I stood frozen in front of the tiny wooden door, the little girl's warning still echoing in my head. Slowly, I turned around, but there was nobody behind me. Then I noticed something strange in the photographs scattered across the floor. Every picture showed me sleeping, but in each one, a dark figure stood a little closer to my bed. In the oldest photograph, it was barely visible in the bedroom doorway. In the next, it was standing beside my dresser. In the newest photograph, taken only minutes earlier, it was leaning over me, its face inches from mine. I looked back at the tiny door. It was now slightly open. A long, pale finger curled around its edge. "You shouldn't have opened it," whispered the little girl. "Now he knows you can see him." Behind me, the bedroom light switched off.

THE VOICE IN THE WALL - Part 2
I stumbled towards the hallway, fumbling for my phone, when I heard three slow knocks coming from inside the wall. Then another three came from the bedroom closet. Finally, three more sounded from beneath the floorboards. My phone suddenly lit up with a notification from an unknown number. It was a photograph of me standing in the hallway, taken from behind. I spun around, but the hallway was empty. A second message appeared: "YOU LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THIS SIDE." I glanced towards the tiny door and saw that it was no longer inside the wall. It was standing upright in the middle of the hallway, full-sized now, with scratches covering its surface. From the other side, I heard my own voice whisper, "Please let me out. I've been trapped here for a very long time." Then someone on the other side began turning the handle.
