The Wizard's Phobias

Yes, The Wizard has several phobias.

1. Buoys, not sure if this is the bobbing motion, the bell on it, or the chain that under the water, that keeps the buoy stationary?

2. Tall structures, Buildings, Inland terminals, towers, wind turbines and light houses. I get a deep sense of foreboding when passing by
