Dear Love Doctor,

I am married to my wife for 7 years, but I've been sending sexy pictures to a male acquaintance of mine. This has been going on for almost the entire time I have been married. I think I might be gay, but am confused. I think the relationship is about to change as he wants to meet up with me. What should I do? I don't want to cheat on my wife.

Dear Joe,

It's no problem that you "may" be gay. I think that it is quite possible that you are. Just to clear the air, sending sexy pictures to anyone not your wife is a form of cheating. The biggest thing here is that your wife deserves to know the truth. It is unfair to keep her in the dark with a relationship doomed for failure. It is pretty near impossible to suppress homosexual desires and keeping this information from your wife is inhumane. Buck up and tell her you might be gay, see how she reacts. I know that it may be rough on both of you and may take a long time for her to "get over it" but you need to rip that band-aid off. Good luck!
