SOUTH GEORGIA ISLAND
BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORY, ANTARCTICA

Windswept and utterly isolated, the island of South Georgia is 800 miles southeast of the Falkland Islands (known as las Malvinas to the Argentines).
