| "Bad Dog" |
March 6, 2013: Frank Owen of New York reads a descriptive plaque on 'Bad Dog,' a sculpture by 74-year-old artist Richard Jackson shown at the Orange County Museum of Art in Newport Beach, Calif., on Feb. 22. The 28-foot-high puppy is rigged to spray yellow paint on the side of the building.
