FLOUR MIX
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chilli
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
4 large chicken breasts
Vegetable oil for frying
Dip
chicken pieces into the egg wash, Drain. Place chicken in Flour Mix.
Turn and gently pat the chicken into the flour. Dip in egg wash again,
repeat another coating of flour mix. Pan fry at medium heat for about
about three minutes on each side, then an additional two on each side to
finish it off...
serves 6
