600 Year Old Medieval Astronomical Clock in Prague

The Prague Astronomical Clock, or Prague Orloj, is a medieval astronomical clock located in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. The clock dates to 1410 and is located in the heart of Old Town Square. Less than a hundred years later, the calendar dial was added and the clock facade was decorated with gothic sculptures.

This amazing 600 years-old astronomical clock is still ticking.  Nowadays, tourists visit Old Town Square to gaze up at Prague Orloj, with many waiting until the top of the hour.
