In the recent wake of crack scandals and streetcar shootings, the big T.O. needs a little love!
Artist Matthew Del Degan and his crew of volunteers are casting hundreds of little 113 kilogram Love Bots to place around the city where random acts of kindness have occurred.
People can log onto his website www.lovebot.com to submit their stories and see where these cool street-art statues are popping up!
So far close too 100 Love Bots are lined up in his families tennis court, ready to be deployed around the city to complete their mission, spreading the love. They will be deployed around Toronto in the coming few weeks.
