Tech support: "Did you check all your cables?"
Customer: "Ahhh. No."
Tech Support: "You just need to trace the cable from the back of your pc to the switch... Just follow the cable."
Customer: "It's ok - I decided that I don't need to get on the internet today, Thanks."
Tech Support: "Ok. Have a good day!
