The concert was absolutely amazing! There was no doubt in my mind that these guys can really rock the house. All of my favourites were played, and Simmons did not disappoint with the fire breathing and blood spitting. Stanley was great as expected and stroked the audience every chance he got.
Thayer was an amazing guitar player and loved his solo complete with 'rockets' shooting out the head of his guit, to the ceiling - "accidentally" knocking a set of lights down. Singer was a sight to behold on the drums! He has so many and they wrap about 270 degrees around him. During his solo, one part of the rotating drum stand took him to a part where he faced away from the audience so we could see what he was doing and watch his mastery!
The band was in great musical shape and the stage effects were breathtaking: Explosions, paper cannons, spots, strobes, and did I mention flames? Loads of them! Also real fireworks... Indoors! I left the concert with a combination smile and a sense of be-wilderment at what a spectacle I just saw. Rather one actually goes thru the "KISS EXPERIENCE"!!!
Came home, ears ringing, and quickly went to KISS online and ordered my leather wristband with KISS buckle and a complete digital copy of The SASKATOON concert on the mp3 player that resides in the USB wristband.

you were so lucky to be able to go. I don't even try to get tickets for concerts, it's stupid they sell out in 3 minutes.
