example the Aunt Jane’s Nieces series. He also wrote under other pen
names, such as Laura Bancroft and Floyd Akers. By the way, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, published in 1900, has 13 sequels, including Tik-Tok of Oz, The Road to Oz, The Patchwork Girl of Oz, and The Emerald City of Oz.
