Things can get tricky when your personal life is mixed with your professional one. Intimate details, like being gay, don't always mesh well with working relationships. However, as with any social encounter it's nearly impossible to separate work from the person doing it. Our bosses, coworkers and even customers and clients want to know who is behind the service you're providing and personal questions, such as details about your relationship status, can sometimes be hard to avoid. Gay men know all too well that relationship questions inevitably lead to a decision: Should I come out to this person or not?
