With the depressed economy in Newfoundland, Microsoft has entered into an agreement with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to supply a unlimited number of an older Operating System. The OS will sell for only 2 month's UIC, and is available to all Newfoundlander's and Labradonians. It is a few years behind, but it's CHEAP!
