From The Emerald City - Crisis in Ukraine

 

My Dear 'OZ'ians,

The horrific scenes from Bucha, Ukraine are extremely hard to look at. Civilians shot dead with their hands tied behind their backs. This is war crime taken to the extreme. It appears that Putin looks like he is trying to wipe out Ukraine as a people or he wouldn't permit these atrocities to take place. The massacred people of Bucha were covered in video clips on most national news stations. 

They need to be prosecuted. And all the evidence will help to make that happen. It was definitely not staged by the Ukrainians in any way. Likely Mariupol will also show these despicable acts once the troops of Putin's war pull back from the city. That is if they ever do. Putin's war has to stop. Now.
