The 2022 Canadian "Freedom" Convoy - Anti-vaxxers and dissidents of the Canadian Government

In my opinion, what started out as a protest has turned into an occupation*. It's time the police did something to open the borders up. We are being held hostage and its costing jobs and the right to live a peaceful life. Horns blaring, blocked borders, disruption of goods and services that flow to and from the borders. 

 

This is not just an inconvenience, but is an occupation that needs to be broken up. Besides the fact that this started with a protest about truckers getting vaccinated, has now mushroomed into an all-out occupation. What started out as a protest with a specific goal in mind, the non enforcement of vaccinations of truckers crossing the border, now include every right wing nut with a gripe about Prime Minister Trudeau and the current government to abolish all mandates. This is not how a democracy works. 

 

However, the right to peaceful protest must still be preserved. Freeze the funds and break up the blockades. This is no longer a protest, but an occupation. The time to end this is NOW!
