As Captains James T. Kirk, Jean-Luc Picard (note spelling) and Kathryn Janeway (note spelling) are all fictional characters, I don’t see how they would be able to sue anyone in a court of law.

I guess CBS studios, who now own the Star Trek franchise could potentially make a case for Trademark infringement, but that depends on how similar the logos actually are.
