Russia's lower House of Parliament passed a bill unanimously Tuesday making it illegal to spread gay 'propaganda' and to teach children about homosexuality. Just before the 436-0 decision with one abstention, a group of gay rights protestors were attacked by a civilian crowd and then taken away by police.
