I need your help (Likely only the Canadian readers)... I am looking for a band called "The Instructions". They produced one album (new wave) in the 80's. I really miss my vinyl! Any info on this Toronto or BC (I think), band would be greatly appreciated! Some of the members formed the group "Strange Advance" - another Techno-Pop music group - synthesizers and the like...
