"Just a spoonful of sugar helps...."

WHAT A UNIQUE WAY TO PRESENT THIS...

Someone ought to get an award for this. We know the facts, but this brings perspective quickly, doesn’t it? Each cube is a teaspoonful.

(So instead of 2 bananas, I can have 4 oreos?)

*Thanks, Erwin

  1. If only we could see it all that way when we purchase those items at MacDonalds or at the shops; then we'd think twice about buying them.

Thank you for the photos. Very educational.

  2. Kind of silly to imply that an orange is equal to a pack of oreos.

  3. Only as far as sugar content - sugar is sugar!

meh. Sugar isn't sugar. The orange, strawberry, etc., is infinitely better for you than the highly-processed sugars in Oreos. So yeah, it's kind of silly to compare an orange to a pack of Oreos--the Oreos have no fiber or nutrients, and use sucrose and HFCS, whereas the "sugar" in oranges is good for you.
