You may not have heard, but in Saskatoon, the house prices have nearly doubled in the last 8 months, so I'd be willling to part with this one for $100,000. Cheap at twice the price I say -- in a year you should be able to sell it for more -- unless the market falls off, but then you can still get the deposit back...heehee!
