Anyone know the name of the book these came from? I had this book when I was a little kid and lost it long ago. It's been driving me nuts. It was hilarious. I thought it was called "The Dumb Book" and had a picture of some dude holding a pencil with his hand going up through his mouth out the top of his head. I want a copy of it!
