Just came back from The Blue Man Group - How To Be A Megastar show - and WHAT A SHOW!
As I said, There is only one word to describe it and that is SPECTACLE!. From the unique sounds of their home made PVC pipe percussion instruments, to the Massive 4 Foot Suspended Bass drum (Played with a mallet the size that Atlas would have used - that you could feel all the from your feet all the way up to your neck, to the soft sounds of the smaller PVC instruments - all backed up by a massive rock band - Drums, South American percussion, keyboards, 2 lead guitars, a keyboard and yes, a grand piano - but the group played that uniqely as well... the piano was stripped of the top, placed on its side and pounded with a large mallet - AWESOME!
